Security camera footage shows a man entering a convenience store and initially appearing to make a normal purchase at the counter. Moments later, he pulls out an object resembling a firearm and points it at the store manager while demanding money.
Instead of complying, the manager steps forward and confronts the suspect, prompting the armed man to retreat and flee the store without firing a shot. The footage also shows another person shouting from inside the shop as the manager follows the suspect outside.
Police later reported that municipal officers detained the suspect and an alleged accomplice several hours after the incident. Authorities said cash, suspected stolen goods, and an object resembling a firearm were seized. Both individuals were handed over to the Public Prosecutor, and the investigation is ongoing.
