Video footage shows two tigers approaching a car on a road in Primorsky Krai. One animal crosses directly in front of the vehicle, while another moves past the car along the shoulder before climbing a snowy hillside.
The encounter occurred on January 29, 2026, on the road between Zarubino and Slavyanka in Russia’s Primorye region. The footage was recorded by a motorist traveling through the area and later shared online.
According to experts from the Amur Tiger Center, the area is part of the tigers’ natural habitat and is located far from populated settlements. The animals captured on video were believed to be tiger cubs attempting to keep up with their mother. No injuries or damage were reported.
