The incident took place in Voronezh, Russia, and was recorded earlier but became public in January 2026 after the footage circulated online. According to reports, the man was intoxicated at the time, and the video was filmed by people present in the apartment.
Authorities confirmed that police have launched an investigation into the incident. No official information has been released regarding injuries to the child.
