Video footage shows a bright flash at an electrical substation, followed by a loud explosion sound. The moment was captured by eyewitnesses and later shared on social media.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening on Vasily Petushkov Street in northwest Moscow. According to emergency services, a short circuit took place at the substation.
Rescuers responded to the scene and prevented a fire. Authorities stated that power supply to consumers was restored and continues to operate normally. No injuries were reported.
